I'm packing up shop and moving completely over to Tumblr. This has been a long time coming and there's a variety of reasons for it.
Mostly it's that my work/life balance isn't quite there yet and deviant art is just a little too much work to keep up. The app is awful too, I can't seem to use it on data at all, and managing stuff on it is just a massive hassle.
I tried pretty hard to get back into it the last couple of months but it's just not doing it for me, I much prefer the dashboard style simplicity of other sites. It's been a fun few years, but it's deffo time to move on rather than try to revive this account.

A general question, what brand of sketching pencils do people use? I never really thought about it before since I'd clean up any left over sketch digitally. But now that I'm only doing traditional work, having the sketch leave lines is a total pain.
